Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs what you may and may not do with PageDuo (operated by PageDuo Inc.). It is part of, and supplements, our Terms of Service. We may update it as the service evolves.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use PageDuo, or content created or published through it, to:

• break the law or facilitate illegal activity;
• host or distribute malware, ransomware, phishing pages, or other harmful code;
• infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• send spam or run deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading schemes (including fake stores, phishing, or "get-rich-quick" scams);
• publish sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexually exploits or endangers children — we report such material to the authorities;
• publish adult/pornographic content, or content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate, or harassment;
• sell or promote regulated or prohibited goods (illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods) or run unlicensed gambling;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• collect personal data from visitors without a lawful basis and appropriate notice;
• probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service, or attempt to access accounts, workspaces, or data that aren't yours;
• circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing.

AI-generated content

PageDuo includes AI features. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with this policy and applicable law. Do not use the AI to generate prohibited content listed above.

Enforcement

We may remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this policy — with notice where practicable, and immediately where the law or user safety requires. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent termination.

To report content that violates this policy or infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the URL and a description. Copyright complaints are handled as described in our Terms of Service.
