Delete your account

You can delete your PageDuo account and its data at any time — in the PageDuo app for iPhone, iPad and Android, or on the web. PageDuo is made by PageDuo Inc.

Delete it yourself

• In the app: tap your picture at the top of the screen, choose Settings, then Delete account; type DELETE and confirm.
• On the web: sign in and open Settings → Danger Zone, type DELETE and confirm.
• Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is your account and delete it within 30 days.

A subscription bought through Apple or Google

Deleting your account cancels a subscription you pay us for on the web. Apple and Google do not let us cancel a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions, or it keeps renewing.

What is deleted

• Your account: your profile, sign-in details, phone number and notification settings.
• The workspaces only you belong to, with everything in them: folders, pages, documents, slides, sheets, videos, versions, comments, answers people sent to your pages, and stored files.
• Your chats with PageDuo's AI and your AI activity log.
• Published pages from those workspaces stop being served.

What is kept, and for how long

• A workspace you share with other members moves to a remaining member, so their work stays available. What you added to other people's workspaces stays with those workspaces, no longer linked to you.
• Analytics data about how the service was used is kept for 180 days after deletion, for security, fraud prevention and overall statistics, then removed.
• Records we must keep by law, such as invoices and payment records, are kept for as long as the law requires.
• Deleted data can remain in our operational backups for a short time until they rotate out.
