Work in a sheet

A sheet is a spreadsheet that lives in your folder — rows and columns, formulas, number formats and charts. The quickest way in is a spreadsheet you already have.

Before you start. A CSV or Excel file. A scores export from another tool will do.
  1. Upload the spreadsheet

建立 ▸ 上載檔案, or drag the file onto Files. Click it, and it opens view-only, exactly as uploaded.

  2. Press Open as editable sheet

PageDuo makes a sheet from it, beside the original, which stays untouched.

  3. Click a cell and type

Typing replaces what is in the cell; the formula bar above the grid shows what it really holds. Start a formula with =, as in =AVERAGE(B2:D2).

  4. Format from the sheet's own bar

Currency, percent and decimals, number formats, size, bold, colour, fill, borders, merge, alignment and wrap — then a chart, and Σ for functions.

  5. Go back with Back to files

返回檔案 is at the left of the top bar. The sheet saves itself as you go.

You'll know it worked. Your spreadsheet opens as a sheet you can type into, saved beside the original.

Ask Create or Chat for "a spreadsheet of…" and it builds one as a sheet too.
