Export to PDF, PowerPoint or Word
The same page becomes a PDF to print, a deck to present from, or a Word file to edit elsewhere — and a QR code can go on every page so a printout still leads back to the live version.
- Open the menu beside Publish
PDF, PowerPoint and MS Word have a row each, so the format is chosen from the menu rather than in a dialog afterwards.

PDF for printing and handing out — fixed layout, looks the same everywhere. PowerPoint when you will present from it and want to restyle slides. Word when someone needs to edit the text in their own tools.
- Say yes to the QR code
Before it renders, PageDuo asks whether to add a scan-to-open code. A printed page cannot be clicked, and the code is what gets a reader from paper back to the live version.
- Not published yet? You will be asked to publish first
The code has to point somewhere real, so the publish step comes up before the export runs, and then hands you straight back to it.
- Wait for it — the dialog tells you where it is up to
A page with many images takes longer. You can close the dialog; the download still finishes.
- Check one copy before you print thirty
The code sits at the bottom of every page. Scan it yourself once — that is the whole test.
Export works on an unpublished page too; only the QR needs a published link.
